About Agroshare

Here at Agroshare, our goal is to bring together all those seeking health, information and community. We hope to help people from across all walks of life connect: physicians, patients, homesteaders, farmers, home gardeners, community and school groups, minimalists, permaculture hobbyists and others.

Being healthy, eating well, and reducing our environmental footprint can be daunting. So, our mission is to build both a platform and a community filled with easily accessible information that reduces the overwhelm.

We are constantly learning, and strive to stay up to date on not only the latest research and newest workable health solutions but also the most productive, sustainable and practical ideas in gardening, nutrition and natural living.

We hope you’ll join us!

Our hope is to attract all who
are willing to grow even one plant

In the age of the internet, and with the heavy influence of social media on our daily lives, information overwhelm is real. Sorting through all the seemingly contradictory ideas touted across multiple platforms can make the pursuit of health and wellness a sometimes confusing and nearly impossible task. We conceived Agroshare as a response to this.

Founded by a doctor with a limitless passion for everything healthy and earth-friendly, and in constant pursuit of all things simple, nutritious and good, our aim is to be a one-stop shop for wellness, nutrition, sustainable living and regenerative farming practices, environmental stewardship and health education. We hope to help inspire others to plant seeds of growth, because even the smallest change can develop into something of tremendous impact.

It is our unshakeable belief that good health starts with the food we eat.  Here you’ll find not only recipes, science-based nutritional recommendations, and healthy eating practices, but also information on organic gardening and sustainable agriculture for when you want to grow your own food, and resources for local, naturally grown produce and other products for when you can’t.

Regardless of how well you eat and care for your body, health issues can still arise. Faced with rising healthcare costs and tedious, confusing insurance forms, we also offer a streamlined, affordable alternative through Direct Primary Care. Not only can you learn about this health care model and determine if it is right for you, as a DPC patient, you also have access to detailed videos and classes taught by Dr. Frannie Koe, MD, and valuable informational resources on a variety of health topics.
