Pimento cheese is delicious, especially so when it is homemade! I started eating pimento cheese at Manna Grocery in Tuscaloosa and it became one of my favorite lunches! You can put this spread in celery or use it to fill lettuce, collards or kale. You can also eat pimento cheese with a tossed salad as well.

Ingredients:

16oz sharp cheddar cheese

4oz pimentos chopped and drained

8oz of cream cheese softened

1/4 c avocado mayo

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

1 tsp salt

Directions:

Mix everything well but the cheese. Grate the cheese and fold in. Keep in an airtight container for up to 10 days.
