Hydration is so important to your overall well-being! Water is the best beverage, but it can be plain and unappealing, especially if you are trying to transition away from overly sweetened beverages and sodas. Also, some people just have trouble drinking enough water daily, so an option is to add lemon. Not only does the taste change, lemon water has its own health benefits.
At one time, there was a homeschool student working part time in our clinic, Hanna Yeadon. She contributes blog ideas and sends interesting health-related articles to me from time to time.
